To find out whether you’re a good fit for the job and our company, you’ll need to go through a couple of steps before you becoming an XPLUS professional. We believe in long-term engagement – not just for our customers, but also for our consultants.

 

  • Step 1: apply through one of our job postings with your resume and covering letter. We’ll select the candidates that best match the position.
  • Step 2: if selected, we’ll contact you for an in-person interview. You’ll be screened by two of our partners who’ll evaluate whether there are any opportunities for growth and an appropriate challenge for you at XPLUS.
  • Step 3: you get hired. We identify your growth potential and match you with our XPLUS Academy services to accelerate you along this journey.
