Description
You are responsible for accurate project planning and monitoring the overall project calendar. You work closely with our architects to steer the program in the right direction:
- Standardizing project management processes and structures
- Monitor the planning, budget, and resources
- Analyze the planning risks
- Facilitate kick-off meetings
- Prepare formal moments and evaluations
Criteria
You are a top professional with a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a project manager or at least 3 years as a program manager. Growing as a program manager is a significant drive.
- You have experience in projects, preferably in a consulting or business context.
- You want to be part of a community of program managers & architects and contribute to its growth.
- You are entrepreneurial. You initiate actions, and you see the project through until the end.
- You have experience working in an agile environment, with facilitating workshops and/or setting up a PMO organization
- You understand IT enterprise and solution architecture
- You have a university degree in economics, business, IT, or a related field
