Who we are

At XPLUS, we have over 100 consultants in a tight-knit community of architects and program managers. Our consultants work at the biggest clients on core programs.

Who you are

You are a top professional with a minimum of 10 year’s experience as project manager or a least 3 years as program manager. Growing as a program manager, is a major drive.

• You have experience in projects. Preferably in a consulting or business context.
• You want to be part of a community of program managers & architects and contribute to its growth.
• You are entrepreneurial. You initiate actions and you see the project through till the end.
• You have experience working in an agile environment, with facilitating workshops and/or setting up a PMO organization
• Your understand IT enterprise and solution architecture
• You have a university degree in economics, business, IT, or a related field

About the role

You are responsible for accurate project planning and monitoring the overall project calendar. You work in close collaboration with our architects to steer the program in the right direction.

You will be in charge of

• Standardizing project management processes and structures
• Monitor the planning, budget and resources
• Analyze the planning risks
• Facilitate kick-off meetings
• Prepare formal moments and evaluations
