To prepare for the carve-out from Engie Group and ensure business continuity in less than a year, XPLUS helped Equans with mapping all the applications on a capability map and pragmatic solutions. This resulted in a successful carve-out and a continuous partnership between XPLUS and Equans. Our people are now working in the architecture team on different programs.

Securex

Prepare the Program Office team for the evolution to program management by picking the right members for each new role. XPLUS assessed the team’s skills over the course of one month and drew up a concrete and objective report. Based on the work by XPLUS, Securex was able to put the right person in charge of each task and draw up effective development plans, which result in improved operational efficiency.

Agfa

Find ways to reduce costs by 30 percent – that was the task set for us by multinational imaging company, Agfa. We supported them in this endeavor by evaluating, challenging, and solidifying possible scenarios. We also improved their overview of ‘as-is’ and more importantly ‘to-be’ costs. To round things off, we even helped create a presentation of the strategy with a high-level business case and option analysis for the Executive Committee.

BNP Paribas Fortis

A good portion of XPLUS consultants has been supporting the bank with its digital transformation since 2017. What started as an IT master plan for the entire bank has led to more than 20 tribes which we support as architects. At BNP Paribas Fortis, we are part of the captain’s table together with the global Big Four consulting companies, helping the bank with its strategic direction.

Colruyt Group

From using AI to scan fruit and vegetables at the register to integrating the in-app shopping list with Google Assistant, supermarket powerhouse Colruyt Group likes to be at the forefront of innovation. To make sure all this digital transformation goes off without a hitch, XPLUS has been providing program management and enterprise architecture support since 2017.

Elia

Transmission system operator Elia used our Architecture-on-Demand service to review and support the architecture which forms the digital backbone for their operations. We looked at their data streaming and transactional integration before determining the best integration and data hub architecture for streamlining and digitalizing their business processes.

Engie

We’ve worked together with electrical utility company Engie and its various business units ever since we were founded. Our scope includes process optimization, enterprise architecture, and data-driven decision making. For example, one of our projects was to define an application cartography for a service business unit such as Fabricom. We also analyzed the application (integration) portfolio across business units and identified common or differentiating functions for SAP ERP and its data sources.

ING Group

The Dutch multinational banking institution ING has been part of the XPLUS family since the start in 2010. Nowadays, a vast team XPLUS architects supports the group in areas such as omni-channel, core banking transformation, improvement of finance processes, Know Your Customer (KYC), designing a global payment system, fortifying cybersecurity, and more.

Lineas

Private railway company Lineas asked us to develop an integrated Enterprise Architecture model. They are now using our work as a basis for defining, managing, and measuring their operational model in their transformation into a logistics service provider based on a high-performance, self-managed business organization and Agile-driven IT. We implemented the architecture together with a sizeable team of senior enterprise architects.
