General or specialized

Two levels, one journey

Start with a solid foundation, then go deeper to master complexity.

Learning is not a one-size-fits-all journey. As people grow in their experience, their learning needs evolve. From discovering fundamental concepts to mastering advanced methods through real-world practice. Our training approach reflects that progression. We distinguish between foundational learning, which introduces core principles and helps participants build confidence, and specialized learning, which deepens expertise and enables independent, skillful application.

Whether someone is just starting out or already applying their knowledge in practice, the right type of training ensures they continue to grow with purpose. By aligning learning formats with proficiency levels, we create development paths that are meaningful, effective, and connected to real professional impact.

General Training

General training is designed to be accessible for a broad audience. The content focuses on fundamental knowledge, core language, and essential models that help participants build a baseline understanding. It is ideal for individuals at the beginning of their learning journey or those who want to explore a topic before going deeper.

Who it’s for:

  • Individuals at the novice stage who are collecting ideas, frameworks, and methods.
  • Participants who are beginning to apply concepts and may still require guidance or support.

What participants gain:

  • A strong understanding of essential concepts, frameworks, dynamics, terminology, and methods.
  • The ability to apply some of these concepts in real situations, though typically with direction or facilitation.
  • A starting point that prepares them for more advanced and specialized learning later on.

How learning happens:

  • Through reading, listening, and exploring curated content that builds foundational awareness.
  • Through interactive discussions that help participants reflect and test their understanding.
  • Through introductory hands-on exercises, opportunities to present ideas, and structured feedback moments to reinforce learning.

Specialized Training

Specialized training focuses on in-depth skill development and requires familiarity with core concepts. It is aimed at individuals who already have foundational experience and are ready to broaden their expertise, deepen their abilities, and apply learning in practical, real-world scenarios.

Who it’s for:

  • Participants who can apply concepts independently and are considered knowledgeable.
  • Individuals at the skilled level who want to refine their intuition, make informed judgments, and solve more complex challenges.

What participants gain:

  • The ability to apply most of the introduced concepts without guidance, using them with confidence in real work situations.
  • The capability to analyze complex scenarios, compare methods, and select or design the best approach based on context rather than rules.
  • Growth from procedural understanding into adaptive thinking and professional autonomy.

How learning happens:

  • Through deep-dives or broad explorations of advanced methods, frameworks, and use cases.
  • Through fundamental debates and discussions that challenge assumptions and expand perspectives.
  • Where relevant, through case-based exercises combined with direct coaching, allowing participants to practice, refine, and master techniques in context.
