CIOforum - Change Management and Leadership

17/08/2026

Join us at the upcoming CIOforum Business Speaker’s Corner – Change Management & Leadership on 17 September 2026 at AED Studios in Lint. An afternoon and evening dedicated to practical transformation stories, change management, and fresh perspectives on how leaders can successfully navigate change.

How do you keep an organization agile and resilient while continuing to deliver results?

During the Business Speaker’s Corner on 17 September 2026, CIOforum will bring together business and technology leaders for an afternoon and evening focused on navigating transformation while maintaining performance.

Through practical cases and expert perspectives, speakers will explore change management at Q8, organizational agility and resilience with Hannelore Van Meldert and xplus partner Annemie Marien, ethical decision-making with business philosopher Jochanan Eynikel, and inspiring leadership with Tom De Wachter, followed by networking, food and drinks.

Meet xplus at CIOforum

At 16h15, Hannelore Van Meldert, Director Consult HR Practice at Acerta, and Annemie Marien, Director ARNO HR Software at Acerta and Transformation Director & Partner at xplus, will take the stage for “De kracht van de kameleon” in Practice: Changing While Maintaining Performance.

Their session explores a challenge many organizations face: how do you transform without losing momentum, performance, or engagement along the way?

Hannelore will introduce key principles from De kracht van de kameleon, showing how learning orientation, emotional intelligence, self-belief and self-regulation can strengthen resilience in leaders, teams and organizations.

Annemie will bring those principles to life through the transformation of the ARNO HR Business Unit within Acerta.

Drawing on this real-life transformation journey, she will share how the team tackles the realities of change every day: involving employees throughout the transformation process, navigating challenges as they emerge, and maintaining a strong focus on results, customer value, and growth.

It is a practical conversation about what organizational agility really looks like when change is not an abstract ambition, but part of everyday business.

We look forward to sharing our experience and exchanging ideas with other leaders navigating transformation.
