This masterclass focuses on the role that enterprise IT engineering and architecture plays in a powerful results-driven integrated ecosystem, i.e. successful business and IT alignment.
The program has a managerial focus and provides up-to-date knowledge and state-of-the-art insights for business and IT professionals to excel in proactive organizational (re)design.
- Learn how to recognize, identify, and describe your enterprise’s technical and organizational challenges, including all associated functional domains, reporting levels, human resources, and technology;
- Establish design principles that enable the organization to drive and manage change;
- Become the agent of enterprise level change. Serve as the intermediary between management, the IT department, and all operational units within your organization. Take the lead in supporting and realizing strategic objectives to succeed in a technology-driven context;
- Practice DEMO (Design and Engineering Methodology for Organizations), a science-based ontological approach (developed at Delft University of Technology) for understanding and describing an organization’s complexity – in preparation for the Enterprise Engineering Institute ‘DEMO Master’ certificate.
